1.What return or benefit is received by anyone subscribing for shares? There is no reference to this. 2.could a member ever sell his shares? How? 3.What happens to yhe solar panels when the 25year lease expires? 4.Are members personally liable for the cooperative`s debts? Are promoters? 5.Does your website inviting application for shares comply with the law of publication of prospectuses etc? ^What legal or other professional advice have you taken?

It would be good to see English format dates on the news items!

Also, talk to me about getting your title tags and meta descriptions ready for Google. Have you identified what keyphrases your want your site to be found for yet?
