Anne Chapman

A former environmental consultant, Anne is now a community shares practitioner, helping other societies with their share offers. As well as being the secretary of MORE Renewables she supports the governance of Charge My Street, another local community benefit society. She is the treasurer of Lancaster & Morecambe City of Sanctuary and of Rookhow CIO and a trustee of Claver Hill Project. 
Anne does the day to day admin for MORE Renewables.

Dave Brookes

Dave is a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, Retrofit Assessor, and Retrofit Coordinator. He is the Technical Lead at Green Rose CIC, providing surveys and advice to homeowners and landlords looking to invest in making their homes greener by improving energy efficiency and comfort while reducing bills and carbon emissions. He has been a councillor on Lancaster City Council since 2011. He is also a trustee of several local charities.
He became a director of MORE Renewables in 2024.

Ailsa Gibson

Ailsa is a sustainability consultant who has a strong interest in community energy development. She joined more renewables as a Director in 2025.  Ailsa is involved with a number of local organisations including North Lancs Bridleways Association.

Caroline Jackson

Caroline was a teacher in Lancaster, finishing her teaching career as head of Hornby High School up to its closure. She has since been involved in a number of local organisations, including setting up Claver Hill. She is a Lancaster City Councillor for Bulk Ward and is Leader of the Council.

Alan Marsden

A university lecturer with a long-standing interest in renewable energy. Alan joined MORE Renewables as a Director in 2019. He is a trustee of Lancashire Central and North Area Quaker Meeting.
